Last week I did a guest post for Elodie, of the Madame Love blog. Elodie, who is a French girl living in Hamburg, writes about decoration and the wonderful world of flowers. She has just recently had her first child and is enjoying getting to know her newborn baby so while she does just that, some of us bloggers have stepped in to do a LOVEly guest post and write something on the childhood theme for her. I have to admit, it was fun to write something a little off topic. If you haven’t done so already, I’d love for you to pop over and have a read as I’m sure that this is something a lot of you may be struggling with at the moment. I’m still working on my plan mind you, it’s not as easy as I thought, but I do intend to master it;-)
This photo of my three precious children was taken almost a year ago while on holiday. Just looking at this photo gets me aching to go on holiday again! How perfect, the three of them having a walk and play on the beach in their pyjamas. What luxury to walk on the beach in PJ’s…

Such a lovely photo Mel, one you’ll cherish for years to come. I just popped over to Elodie’s blog and left a comment, what a wonderful post, so honest. I’m exactly the same and sometimes my children are asking me to “get off the computer” when I’m trying to catch up on blogging in my spare time. I haven’t blogged for a week and a half as I’d really like to blog when I feel I have something inspiring to share and not feel pressure to blog twice a week as that can take the enjoyment out of it for me. I love blogging though and would dearly miss all the friends I’ve made like yourself if I don’t keep in touch. Interesting isn’t it. xx
