Hi readers, it’s Catherine popping over from Farmhouse Home.

Lamb is really cheap at the moment in Australia with a shoulder of lamb costing me only $15 at the supermarket.  With this in mind I thought there was no better time to reinvent the mini beef burger by replacing the beef with some slow cooked shredded lamb for your Spring entertaining.

I’m taking a little holiday with my family. It’s time for us to stop and be there fully in the moment, we’re not going anywhere flash, just a lovely little bach not too far from home but will no doubt feel a million miles away. Longer days & summer palettes

Daylight savings is here and we had beautiful weather yesterday, so I’ve got summer on the mind! I’m dreaming of long balmy evenings entertaining outdoors, the smell of the neighbour’s barbeques wafting through the air and the laughter of kids playing outside and splashing in the pool until bedtime. It’s hard to not be happy in the summertime.
